2. Service Description

Swift is an invoice generation and management platform for freelancers and small businesses. We provide tools to create, manage, and track invoices.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring accuracy of information you provide
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Create fraudulent invoices
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

5. Payment & Refunds

Premium plans are billed as a one-time payment of ₹199 for lifetime access. All sales are final with no refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

Swift and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by unframe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swift is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, business interruption, or financial losses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Swift after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
